Dear Customer,

The processing of your personal data should be in accordance with the law, fair and transparent, so we would like to inform you and ask you to find out why and on what terms we process personal data, including making you aware of the rights related to the processing of personal data and the methods of their implementation. This is one of the elements of the implementation of the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC , commonly known as the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR").

2. Purposes and grounds for processing your personal data

The purpose of data processing is to conclude and perform a contract to which you are a party or to take action before concluding the contract, including: sale of goods or services, after-sales service, as well as ongoing contact with you in the above scope.

The consequence of not providing the required data is preventing the execution of orders. (art.6 par.1 b GDPR)

In connection with the above, in accordance with the applicable regulations, the basis for data processing will also be their necessity to fulfill the legal obligation incumbent on Ideal Services Sp. Komandytowa (Article 6 (1c) of the GDPR), in particular: issuing and storing invoices and accounting documents, considering complaints, making data available to state authorities within the limits and on the basis of legal provisions, e.g. for tax and accounting purposes.

 

3. Is the provision of data obligatory?

Providing your personal data is a condition for concluding the contract. Refusal to provide data to the extent necessary to conclude or perform the contract and to the extent required by law will make it impossible to conclude it.

In the case of collecting personal data on the basis of consent, providing personal data is voluntary.

 

4. Who, apart from Ideal Services Sp. Komandytowa has access to your personal data

The transferred to Ideal Services Sp. Komandytowa, personal data is not made available, sold or lent to third parties, unless it is done with the express consent of the data subject or the data is transferred to authorized bodies under the provisions of law.

In some situations, we have the right to transfer data if it is necessary for us to perform the contract or other activities related to the provision of the service. We will provide data only to persons authorized by us, i.e. our employees and associates who must have access to this data in order to perform the duties entrusted to them and to the processors to whom we will commission this task. In addition, state authorities, if necessary.

 

5. What data is collected from you

In order to conclude a contract, we collect your data, such as:

• company name,

• name and surname of the person authorized to conclude the contract,

• contact details,

• identification data NIP or PESEL,

• Bank account number,

 

6. How long will your personal data be stored?

In the event of concluding a contract with you for the performance of a service or sale of goods, we will store your personal data until you object to their processing. For this purpose, you should withdraw your consent. Otherwise, we may decide to terminate the data processing if we determine that the consent received from you has become obsolete. Personal data will also be kept for the period required by law (i.e. for tax, accounting and archiving purposes).

 

7. You are entitled to data processing rights.

All persons whose personal data are processed by Ideal Services Sp. Komandytowa has the following rights under the GDPR:

• the right to access personal data;

• the right to request rectification (correction) of personal data if the data is incorrect or incomplete;

• the right to request erasure of personal data (the so-called "right to be forgotten");

• the right to demand that the processing of personal data be restricted;

• the right to transfer data to another administrator or to you (on the terms set out in Article 20 of the GDPR);

• if you have given your consent to the processing of your personal data, you have the right to withdraw it at any time (the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal).

Right to object

You can object to the processing of your personal data at any time. After the objection is raised, we will no longer process your data.

 

Complaint to the supervisory authority

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body - the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, in connection with the processing of your personal data by TK Service Solutions.

 

8. Do we transfer your data to countries outside the European Economic Area

In justified cases, i.e. only when the service is provided outside the EEA, we may transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, we guarantee that a similar level of protection of your data in a third country is ensured by introducing one of the following safeguards:

1) the transfer of personal data takes place to countries that the European Commission has recognized as ensuring an adequate level of personal data protection;

2) in the case of recipients based in the United States of America, we may transfer personal data if the recipients have been covered by the Privacy Shield program, the purpose of which is to guarantee the level of personal data protection at the same level as in Europe.
